… about the future of specialist Learning Disability Services in Halton and St Helens

NHS Halton & St Helens would like to invite you to come along and find out more about proposed changes to the way in which specialist learning disability services are provided for the people of Halton and St Helens.

During September they will be engaging with service users, carers, partner organisations and other local people to find out what you think about some proposed changes to the way in which services are delivered.

Two events are being held to present the changes and enable local people to have their say.

St Helens      Tuesday 27 September from 3 – 4.30pm at St Helens CVS (VCA), Tontine House, Church Street, St Helens WA10 1BD

Halton            Wednesday 28 September from 3 – 4.30pm at Ditton Community Centre, Widnes. WA8 8DF
