The Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI) needs your help. 

They are running a survey to gather the views of patients, carers and family members about their experiences of receiving nursing care at home.  The findings from this survey are very important in helping the QNI to find out what works well and where improvements could be made. The information collected will be used to work with decision-makers to make sure that good quality nursing is available at home for everyone when they need it.
